SMS Communication Terms of Service

These SMS Communication Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of text messaging (SMS/MMS) communications provided by Vitruvian Medpro Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This SMS program is intended for healthcare-related, billing inquiries, insurance inquiries and appointment reminder communications and is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable HIPAA requirements.

You must be at least 18 years old, or be a parent/legal guardian authorized to receive communications on behalf of a minor patient.
